•Sample Policy 
Samples can be free for customers if we have stock. Otherwise, a little sample fee will be charged. 

Customized samples will be charged, but we ensure that it will be refund after order placed. 

Normally the sample will be ready in a week, the exactly time is according to the design of sample. We could adjust the sample according customer’s comments. 

If customers do not have freight account, like Fedex, DHL, UPS...etc, we can use our own VIP express account to ship the goods, and the freight need be prepaid.

Every details will be confirmed clearly when orders placed, from material, colors, logo types and position ...etc.

 And we keep in touch with customers about the order status, and will give feedback to customer’s questions in time. 

Payment: T/T at sight with deposit, or /LC at sight is our common payment term.

•Quality Control
Quality of the product is enterprise's life. Our company was certificated by ISO9001. We have accumulated rich products quality control experience. We know every detail of products, from unique of material to production process. We have a team of 20 QC technicians whose conduct 100 percent inspections from incoming materials, material cutting, paiting, printing, stitching to packaging. We strictly follow AQL quality standard.We never neglect any of detail.


No matter shipping or air transportation, time is life and money.

We have high-efficiency shipping department team to in charge of transportation. We cooperate with customer appointed forwarder smoothly, could ship to customer in time.

If customer do not have an forwarder, we could offer shipping service, no matter air transportation or sea shipping, we offer cheap and fine shipping service.

•Service after sales

Our after sale service team will follow up goods sale condition, keep in touch with customer, in order to offer advice and support for repeat order.

We will follow up actively if customer have problem for quality or complain, to analysis and find it out, and will arrange reproduction or compensate for problem products.


We have warranty period for different products, genuine leather product warranty period is one years, pu leather or other products is half of year, according specific products.

If have quality problem, customer could contact with us, we will solve it, replace the problem products or compensation.
